How can our Authenticity Program ensure the quality of reviews?
To be honest, we cannot ensure anything. If we could, it would be pretty paradoxical, since it would mean we control the review process. And this is exactly what we don’t want to do. So with the Stars and Stories® Authenticity Program, we want to create an environment that enables and encourages our reviewers to write quality reviews. It’s based on two pillars:
