A few weeks before the summer holidays and all those university applications, Microsoft wanted to feature two laptops; one running Microsoft Windows 10, the other, Microsoft Office suite, with a SEO increase goal, and a increase conversion rate in mind.
The PC market is notoriously competitive and sometimes products have difficulty setting themselves apart. Microsoft was aware that a single review on a product page could increase the conversion rate by +10%. They raised awareness among their retailers and decided to reach out to Stars and Stories one more time to boost the volume of reviews on their main online retailers. We, here at Stars and Stories, made a selection of 12 reviewers who could use a laptop both in the office and at home.
