You’re not only competing within your industry; you’re competing outside of it. As smartphones dominate the marketplace, your product demands even greater proof for existence. How can you convince ordinary consumers that they need a new, high-tech camera in addition to their smartphone?
You guessed it. Authentic online reviews. If you want to target consumers beyond the technically educated circles, you need to get the technically educated to post reviews about their experiences with your product. Not only that, but their reviewers need to be written in a way that less clued-up consumers can understand, to prove that high-end photography still suits many hobbies and lifestyles.
NIKON declared war on the smartphone industry. For over a century, they have manufactured beautiful cameras, only to have smartphones steal all the limelight in recent years. So NIKON dreamed big and released COOLPIX. Here’s how we helped make COOLPIX a resounding online success:

”I’ve used the P610 for a couple of weeks now and so far I’m very content about it. Especially about the 60x optical zoom, that helps you make very clear and sharp pictures. I also appreciate the camera using an ocular view as well as a flexible LCD-screen, which enables me to make pictures from every angle. The camera is easy to hold, not too heavy, especially compared to my dSLR camera. Another cool feature is that you can share the pictures with your smartphone while using wifi. Although my phone seemed to be unable to make connection (Samsung GT-19300), my wife’s LG phone did. Long story short: a great camera.”
