Our company culture and values

With a team of over 14 nationalities and six different religions, we pride ourselves as advocates of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Women make up half of our company, a testament to our support for gender equality in the tech workforce.

At Stars and Stories, we maintain a flat, organisational structure in which ownership and personal responsibilities are key. At the same time, we provide room for individual growth so our employees can meet their respective career goals.

 

We also follow the hybrid work model, empowering our team with the flexibility to work from home, at the colorful TSH Collab co-working offices in Amsterdam, or at one of our other international branches. One day you could be working on the sofa, the next day you could be working in either Berlin, Paris, Stockholm, or Cairo.
