Max 50 participants per campaign.
Campaigns run 8-10 weeks on average; recruitment ends 4 weeks post-launch.
Expected (not guaranteed) 80% of participants actively engage in campaigns and deliver constructive UGC.
Amazon campaigns: Max 10 samples recommended; outcomes cannot be guaranteed and Stars and Stories is not responsible for listings blocked by Amazon due to review optimization.
Reviews are submitted to retailer sites but are subject to moderation policies by these retailer sites. Stars and Stories is not responsible for any platform-related consequences.
Launches every Wednesday or Friday; apply early to secure your spot.

Unused samples can be collected within 3 months post-campaign. Uncollected samples will belong to Stars and Stories and those samples will be sold through Reviewclub Deals to our community.
Activated samples belong to Stars and Stories.
Each sample yields an average of 2 reviews across 4 retailers.
Verified Purchase (VP) funds are non-refundable.
Extra fees for samples to non-EU destinations (e.g., UK, Norway) invoiced monthly.
Extra fees for XXL, heavy weight or odd sizes samples invoiced monthly.

Dedicated Customer Success Management with a max of 1 hour per campaign.
Once your campaign delivers 100 reviews, we’d love for you to share your feedback about working with us. Your review will be featured on our website, along with your name and logo, and might also appear in our promotional materials.

Invoice for 100% is sent upon signature of this quote; payment term: 30 days
If a sample budget is applicable on your invoice, the payment term for this part is a.s.a.p.
